By accessing Complyant ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What We Provide

Complyant provides regulatory information in machine-readable formats. This includes web content, markdown endpoints, and (coming soon) API access.

3. Not Legal Advice

Important: Complyant content is informational only. It is not legal advice. We are not lawyers. You should consult qualified legal professionals for specific compliance questions.

4. Agent Usage

AI agents may access our public content via standard HTTP requests. We provide llms.txt files and markdown endpoints specifically for agent consumption. Reasonable automated access is permitted.

Do not use agents to scrape, republish, or redistribute our content in bulk.

5. API Terms

API access (when available) will be subject to additional terms, rate limits, and pricing. API terms will be provided separately.

6. Content Accuracy

We strive to keep content accurate and up-to-date, but regulations change. Always verify against primary sources. We cite our sources and provide links to official texts where possible.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Use at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
