8.—(1) At the request of a subscriber, a provider of a public electronic communications service must provide that subscriber with bills that are not itemised.

(2) A provider of a public electronic communications service must provide users with a simple means of preventing, on a per-call basis and free of charge, the presentation of calling line identification.

(3) A subscriber to a public electronic communications service must be given the ability to prevent, using a simple means and free of charge, the presentation of the connected line identification to the calling user.
