Regulation 22A: Direct marketing to corporate subscribers
Rule
Corporate subscribers (companies, LLPs, partnerships) have similar protections to individuals for electronic marketing.
You must not send unsolicited marketing emails to corporate subscribers if they have:
- Registered with the Corporate Telephone Preference Service, OR
- Previously objected to receiving marketing from you
